Future College Teammates Thramer and Lee Rewrite Record Books in Final High School Game

NORFOLK – You think Dan McLauchlin is excited to get Mason Lee and Alex Thramer on campus?

The Wayne State coach saw the two high school standouts make their marks individually at the Northeast Nebraska All-Star Football Classic in Norfolk on Saturday.

Lee was spectacular for the Red, catching 10 balls for 255 yards and 3 touchdowns – all new All-Star game records.

Thramer set a couple of records of his own, setting new high marks for completions (23) and passing yards (351).

The two high school rivals will be teammates on Wayne State’s football team this fall. Other All-Star participants joining Thramer and Lee on the Wildcats this fall will be Beau Bowers (Wayne), Ryan Jaixen (Wayne), Levi Krueger (Boone Central/Newman Grove) and Alex Lindsay (Pierce).
