COLUMBUS — Brady Glause scored 21 points and the Northwest Vikings beat Columbus Lakeview 56-40 on Friday night.
It wasn’t always easy for Chip Bahe’s team, though. Lakeview (2-8) played tough defense and carried a 24-18 lead into halftime. Lakeview led by eight points about midway through the 3rd quarter but then the momentum shifted.
Northwest (3-7) went on a rampage and scored 38 total points in the second half to come back and win. Glause scored 17 of his 21 in the second half to help put the game away. Jeremiah Ivers hit four three-pointers to notch 12 points and Carter Terry chipped in 10 points.
Landon Vogt led the way with 12 points for Lakeview while Luke Rollman added nine points and 10 rebounds.
