Grand Island keeps 14-year streak over rival Norfolk alive

NORFOLK – Grand Island wasn’t about to let a 14-year streak end on Saturday.

The Islander baseball team racked up 15 hits, defeating Norfolk 14-1 at the Norfolk Invite on Saturday. The win was Grand Island’s 38th straight over the Panthers, a streak that dates back to 2005.
