Randolph Coach Brooke Anderson Calls Team Resilient After Beating Allen

RANDOLPH – It was not a great week for the Randolph girls basketball team last week.

The Cardinals lost two games to Homer and Creighton by a combined six points. As if that weren’t bad enough, they also lost starter Cindy Haselhorst to an injury.

But Randolph shook all that off Monday for a 46-17 win over Allen, an effort that earned praise from head coach Brooke Anderson afterward.

Now 7-4, Randolph will need even more resilience Tuesday, when they host Class C2 #4 Hartington-Newcastle.
